Van Wert Scholarship Application Spring 2025

Northwest State Community College is offering a First Course Free scholarship for its Van Wert Campus in anticipation of opening our full-service campus in mid 2025. Until the campus is fully operational, Van Wert Hospital has graciously allowed us to teach classes at their facility. All class offerings are hybrid in nature, meaning 1 night-a-week lecture with an online homework component, and 8 weeks in length. Overview of Program Requirements

-Available for any newly enrolled students, including past College Credit Plus students and former students returning after at least one year.
-Must take at least 1 class in Van Wert, either at Van Wert Hospital or the Van Wert Campus when it's operational.
-Not available for students who are currently registered for Fall 2024 courses at NSCC.
-Must complete application for federal student aid (FAFSA).

Scholarship is continuously awarded as students apply and will be first come first serve.
Scholarship is good for Spring 2025 semester for one class (3 credit hours).
