Northwest State Community College is once again offering our First Course Free scholarship for its Van Wert Campus. The full-service campus will open in the summer of 2025. Overview of Program Requirements

Must be newly admitted to Northwest State Community College for the Fall 2025 semester (cannot be a current student).
Available for any newly enrolled students, including past College Credit Plus students and former students returning after at least one year.
Must take at least 1 class in the Van Wert Campus.
Not available for students who are currently registered for Fall 2024 or Spring/Summer 2025 courses at NSCC.
Must complete application for federal student aid (FAFSA).
Scholarship is continuously awarded as students apply and will be first come first serve.
Scholarship is good for Fall 2025 semester for one class (3 credit hours).
