2024 Career Tech Scholarship Application

Career Tech Scholarship Opportunity

The Career Tech Scholarship is reserved for those students dedicated to career development and that are graduating from a Career Center in the state of Ohio. By completing this application, you will be considered for the Career Tech Scholarship for a total of $2,000 over the course of 4 semesters ($500 per semester for 2 years, fall/spring). In addition to this application, the following criteria are required:

- Students must be graduating from a career center in Ohio.
- Students must have a cumulative high school GPA of at least 2.75 on a 4.0 scale.

In addition to the above criteria, the review committee will give extra consideration to students who meet the following criteria:

- Students who are planning to continue in the same career field/program that they studied at their career center before coming to NSCC
- Students who are enrolling in full-time coursework at NSCC after high school

The Career Tech Scholarship is applied to student accounts after other scholarships and is tuition-specific. All recipients of the Career Tech Scholarship are required to maintain a 2.5 cumulative college GPA to renew their scholarship from year to year.
